To Allow Parents of a Murdered Child to Continue to Claim a Tax Deduction - H.R. 3364

Introduced by Rep. Poe, on behalf of Rep. Chabot, H.R. 3364 amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow parents of murdered children to continue to claim the deduction for the personal exemtpion with respect to such child.
